It is derived from the network of development professionals in the year 1987 dwelling in the community ownership to deliver constructive engagement in tribal empowerment, youth development, livelihoods generation, capacity building and occupational enhancement and linking the development to national growth matrix and Per Capita monitoring of the advancement.

The objectives are interconnecting communities to protect and conserve natural resources, demand generation, safeguarding of the environment in the Eastern Ghats, integration and awakening of people as a requisite drive to strive towards sustainable development models and showcasing for replication. Essentials of development work of this agency is engaging stakeholder and rights holders in a consultative positions leading to the concurrence of concerted vision, deliverable impacts. Sustainable models in tripartite reach is characterized by strategic and guided interventions, shrewd introspection of overall development scenario of the nation so as to be deducted to vulnerable communities.
